If you are not absolutely delighted with your Essentia memory foam mattress or pillow you can return it for a refund, exchange or credit within 90 days of receipt.

Mattresses cannot be resold after use as they are classed as personal care products, we recycle returned mattresses and pillows, and we will charge a nominal fee to cover recycling and transport equivalent to 9% of the product price.

For customers outside the UK the return transport costs will be charged at the cost to us and a 5% recycling fee will be added.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
